The pool was a nice surprise and the karaoke night was so much fun!

i had a lovely stay at waterside. the location was great, really close to shops and amenities. the food was spot on, and we enjoyed the live entertainment on saturday evening. our double room was very spacious, making it a comfortable stay overall. also, the heated indoor pool was a nice touch!

As a family, we had a lovely time at Waterside. The staff were friendly, accommodating my guide dog perfectly. The room was spacious, ideal for the kids. Breakfast featured a great variety, although the pool timings felt a bit restrictive. a satisfying stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay, making check-in a breeze. The room, although a bit tired, was clean and had a mini fridge, which was a nice touch for our family. We appreciated the great evening meal included in our deal, and even if we didn't use the leisure facilities, they looked impressive. getting to our room with a baby in tow was tricky without a lift or ground-floor rooms.

The manager was like a wizard, always making sure we had what we needed, even providing a cot for the baby before we asked for it. Plus, they were totally chill about our dogs staying with us too, felt like home.

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the local adventure playground and hit up the nearby golf club for some fun. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. A heads up though, they serve good, hearty food but don't expect fine dining. Perfect spot for a group getaway!
